Ethos was acquired by Wheelhouse Group in May 2019.I founded Ethos to boost the capabilities of organizations working in the public sector to improve performance, efficiency and transparency. I did this by helping leaders get clear about what they want to accomplish, getting the right people and resources on board, implementing their vision and communicating their success. Key clients included: TASC, American Red Cross, USAC, InterNews, SRA, Georgetown University, CGI, SiloSmashers, BeyondTrust, DC DGS, DC PSC, US Forest Service, ASI Government, GSA and US DOL.

I led an advisory firm focused on solar and energy storage technology and policy. I directed the Capitol Solar Canopy Cooperative, an initiative funded by the DC Department of Energy and the Environment and the U.S. Department of Energy, to deploy one megawatt of solar canopies in multi-family affordable housing to reduce resident's energy costs.

Managed operations while conducting a comprehensive reorganization for a reentry program for people that were incarcerated. Worked with staff, key constituents and partners to determine improvements, create a long-term plan and implement improvements. Recruited and hired permanent executive director.

I led a permanent staff and managed over 2,500 volunteers across government and from 450 information technology companies to create an objective, ethical and trusted forum. Under my leadership, ACT/IAC membership doubled and became the premiere organization facilitating communication and collaboration between government and industry. I also received a Fed 100 Award for my work transforming the organization.

As a member of the Touchstone Consulting executive team, I helped the company grow from $4 million to $11 million in revenue in one year. I also led our work with the American Red Cross and the Government Accountability Office. Touchstone Consulting was acquired by SRA International.

I spearheaded a breakthrough e-Government Initiative, which included facilitating hundreds of cross-sector leaders to create specific policy recommendations to the Federal government, Congress, Governors and the American public. I also advised many foreign governments on their e-government and IT policies including: Mexico, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, United Kingdom, Morocco, Australia, and the Czech Republic.

I supported training and resource development to help national policy advocates succeed, including the Campaign for Tobacco Free Kids.

I worked on implementing the Americans with Disabilities Act with a focus on HIV/AIDS discrimination.
