As a friendly team leader and mixologist, I provided best in class service to guests aboard 5 cruise ships headed to various international locations, including Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and America. I coordinated and communicated with a diverse team representing 60+ countries to accurately prepare and deliver drinks and food to guests at 10 different bars. I leveraged my skills to train all of the bar staff in cocktail preparation and presentation. At the Shangri-La, I was professionally trained under the #1 Bartender in China, Daniel An, and Top Bartender in Italy, Dario Gentile, at a Top 10 bar in Shanghai. I adapted classic cocktails to custom guest requests and acquired in-depth knowledge of cocktail histories, methodologies, and recipes.

I received a diploma and gained extensive knowledge of classic cocktail recipes, wines, beers, drink mixing techniques (speed mixing, free pouring, jigger skills); presentation of drinks; and efficient techniques within fast-paced restaurant and bar environments.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• A-Grade Student with 95% bartender skill acquisition.

Here, I fell in love with bartending while attending my Master’s program; I worked under the Bar Manager to gain basic bartending skills on a part-time basis. I prepared the bar for service, restocked wines and spirits, cleaned entire bar area, collected empty dishes and glasses, handled cash and credit transactions, float till procedures, multitasked in busy environment.Key Achievements:Showcased excellent customer service skills and quickly learned on the job.
