• NPI Engineer (2011/4 - 2016/6): Project management of new designed products introduced from European (Britain, France & Germany) R&D sites to SZ factory on schedule on quality. Products transferred from German factory to SZ.• Agile Administrator (2007/7 - 2011/4): In charge of Oracle Agile system.Provide Oracle Agile training.• Document Control Supervisor (2000/3 - 2007/6): Maintain MFG Pro & Oracle Agile system. Handle internal & external ISO audit.• Document Control Clerk (1998/9 - 2000/3): Maintain MFG Pro system data.Handle controlled documents from release to reclaim. Maintain Oracle Agile system during projects transfer from Canada & USA.• Receptionist (1996/11 - 1998/9): Handle phone calls & visitor arrangement (dispatching vehicle, booking hotel rooms & meals etc).Achievements including:• Successfully transfer about 420 products from German factory to SZ as scheduled between 2011 Nov to 2013 Mar.• Coach subordinates to certify GB for Six Sigma+ in 2009.• Reduce ECO process cycle time from 3.5 working days to 2.5 in 2009.• Lead a project to reduce duplicated work/process and digitalize some processes by Lean tools in 2009.• Setup new ECO system and provide training for relevant departments in 2008.• Digitize old engineering documents in 2008.• Implement several HOS, HSE and Kaizen tasks from 2007 to 2016.• Received Award for Dragon Transfer project (Manufacturing function transfer from UK) in 2006.• Be an expert on ISO document system.
