Preparation of MEP material and installation budget cost (Cost Comparison Table) for the Project. Prepare material take-off measurement sheet for the progress billing. Coordinate and discuss with consultant & sub-contractors to finalize payment and variation. Prepare the drawings and documents for the presentation and justification of variance with tender quantities. Coordinates with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and QA/QC officers about the completed works prior for submission of daily report. Coordinates to all discipline Engineers; Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Civil and document controller.
