 Hosting and or attending both internal and external meetings as required to support the efficient operation of the business and maintain good communication links with all heads and members of the dealership accounts within my area. Training, managing and motivate staff to work at maximum potential Ensuring implementation of, and adherence to, all company policies and procedures Efficiently delivering all valeting services in relation to NCCC and its customers, providing excellent client care at all times Providing timely and sufficient reports & management information weekly for the Regional Manager (RM) Overseeing to the effective co-ordination, execution and operational support of all NCCC businesses within my area Planning and developing a realistic organic growth and business development plan by effectively planning ahead. •To strike a balance between customer satisfaction and effective business management, which will mean dealing with last minute changes or solving problems as they arise Monthly signing of customer satisfaction report (CSI) to enable effective management of client expectations Communicating daily with the NCCC management team, planning work schedules and checking client requirements. This include daily monitoring of the NCCC online job management system Dealing with customer complaints and feedback Responsible for recruiting, training, organising and monitoring of all staff Effectively implementing and managing all new confirmed NCCC businesses within my area Proactively identifying any associated additional business revenue Prioritising any outstanding requirements and understanding client issues and implementing timely actions to rectify them Providing full risk assessments and ensuring all H & S issues relating to operational activities are covered
