Responsibilities: # Assist the Finance Manager for the timely preparation of:o Financial Reports, Balance Sheet, and Profit and Loss accounto Budgets and forecasting.o Progressive invoices for projects and reconciliation of customer accountso Preparation of the annual revenue and capital budgets.o Contract Assets calculation under IFRS 15o Calculation of ROU Assets under IFRS 16o Various schedules and reports.o Calculation of Unbilled Revenue in POC method.o Project Accounting and reports.o Cost accounting and analysis of project reports. # Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting. #Coordination for developing and modification of the reports in Microsoft Dynamics ERP to improve the efficiency of reporting. # Analysis of:o Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Accounto Project Trial Balance and various project reports (Revenue, GP, etc.) o Inventory Reports o Ageing Analysis of Inventory, AP, and AR etc.o Contract Assets and Contract Liabilities.o Revenue and Expenses accountso Cost of sales and G&A Expenses # Preparation of reports to various stakeholders:o Senior management and Partners of the company o Bankso Annual Auditors and due diligence auditors o Potential investors o Government authorities # Reconciliation of:o Financial Statements, Audited vs Trial Balanceo Inventory, Purchase Register, and Sales Register o Project Statementso Inter-Company/Related Party Trading # Contributed towards:o Job Costing, cost allocation, preparation of job trial balance, job P& L reports, and Work in Progress Revenueo Review Project Contracts, Rent Agreements, Insurance policies etc. # Liaison with other departments, especially with Supply Chain, Stores, Project Teams, and HR Departments
