2024 - Responsible for planning, designing, and developing the online product Center. The project aims to establish a ToB product library within the marketing portal's background, consolidating all essential elements required by customers for placing comprehensive orders, including product specifications, prices, costs, inventory status, and payment options. 2023 - Accountable for the "iBOSS Intelligent Assistant" project. This initiative introduces the concept of an AI Agent within the company and integrates LLM (Learning Logic Machine) technology with internal expert knowledge base. It transforms manual system operation and maintenance tasks into a new model that combines intelligent assistance with manual support. The project was honored with the "IT Excellent Project Award" from the company.2022 - Promoted to Senior Business Analyst position. Actively participated in planning and constructing the “Smart Middle Platform” project with a primary focus on cloud network products' related modules. Notably, the "Overseas multi-cloud Interconnection" project received recognition as an "Excellent Project Award" from China Mobile Group while the "System Product Provisioning" initiative won accolades as an "IT Excellent Project Award" from the company.

2021 - Tasked with building iSolutions' sub-website mCloud to facilitate expansion of our cloud network business at an international level. This benchmark project serves as a comprehensive online platform offering various services such as marketing promotion, product consulting, order monitoring, bill payment capabilities etc., generating over 10 million in online sales revenue during its first year of operation. 2020 - Promoted to the position of Business Analyst. Responsible for planning and developing the iSolutions website, which serves as a marketing platform for the company. The website offers various services to corporate customers, including marketing promotions, product consultations, order tracking, and bill payments. In its first year of operation, iSolutions successfully attracted tens of thousands of corporate users.

2019 - Took charge of the "Resource Visualization’ project. This project involved integrating crucial information such as resources, costs, and prices of private-line products. Additionally, it incorporated the Dijkstra algorithm to generate customized optimal solutions. The system was deployed on both PC and mobile platforms and received over 100,000 calls per year. As a result of its success, this project won second prize in the company's "Innovation Project" competition. Furthermore, it expanded its capabilities within the China Mobile Group and was honored with the Group's "Ability to Rise to Power Award" in 2022.2018 - I worked as an Assistant Business Analyst in CMI IT Department where I supported business systems development. During this time period, I actively participated in Phase II of the iBOSS project – an internally developed business support system for the company. My main responsibilities included designing schemes for international roaming and international SMS settlement systems. This project received recognition by winning the prestigious "IT Excellent Project Award" from the company.
