As the Co-Founder of Qiujujoo, I have played a pivotal leadership role in the creation and growth of the brand. Specializing in handcrafted knitwear design and production, we aim to offer unique, high-quality apparel to our customers. I am responsible for brand positioning, product development, market research, online and offline operations, and brand promotion, successfully establishing Qiujujoo’s market reputation and customer loyalty.

Affiliated to German design department. Led the design and development of all knitwear products of women's wear (https://www.c-and-a.com/)1. Collaborated closely with the German design team to participate in the design scheme exchange meeting, controlled the whole process from fashion trend analysis, style positioning to the design and development of the first version.2. Carried out fashion trend and color analysis, investigated and studied the product characteristics of competitive brands, made full preparation for the design and development of the brand's seasonal products.3. Attended the Design Camp in Germany with the headquarters per quarter, visited suppliers showroom to pick up samples of new seasons which are suitable for the brand, clarified the design direction, theme, story, style options to guide the supplier to complete the modification.4. Cooperated with the category designer to develop the style drawing and the selection plan of color/fabric/yarn/accessories.5. Worked with the business and fabric departments to promote the research and development progress of all Chinese knitting suppliers to complete the preliminary sample development. Utilized PLM system to follow up all the development work of each quarter with the procurement team. Connected with Dusseldorf team to check all samples received from the supplier before sending, and highlighted the modification suggestions to the supplier.6. Bought samples in Seoul/Tokyo to complete the research of Japanese and Korean fashion trends and output the report of Asian fashion trends for the headquarters in combination with the current situation of the Chinese clothing industry, brought new inspiration for the development of each season.7. Continued to pay attention to local popular trends and provide suggestions for the design strategy planning of the whole year through social media, network, market research and other methods.

This will include style / yarn / gauge selection, engineered knits, specifications and complete knitwear line in coordination with different yarn mills and knitwear suppliers.1.Knitwear Collection Research and Development – investigation of new yarns, yarn mills and knit body resources, gauges, stitches, and styling that is applicable to the marketplace and the TADASHI SHOJI target consumer.2.Knitwear protos/sample/production maintenance knit down approvals, garment fittings, garment construction reviews, and secondary inspections. Working as senior designer based in shanghai for US accessories market. Collaborate with other team members in making our own trend book, material research, build the collection every two seasons, and at the meanwhile, we also develop styles and make presentations according the customers’ requests.2. Collect relevant information from all kinds of resources for design such as magazine, internet, and fashion fairs. Producing concepts, mood board, material book and final collections which will bepresented in buyers’ meeting in US.3. Support the sales team in all the development they receive and give comments for the samples.4. Prepare tech packs including sketches, pattern, trims ideas and other technical specifications, assist with the sales team regarding the realization of defined collections. Detect the Chinese Market fashion trends (through shoppings, fashion fairs, press, web...) and Cache-Cache China’s best sale information, and feedback them to the Designers in France.2. Create style sketch with exclusive prints (placed & all overs) and finishing (labels, accessories...) in thestyle of Cache Cache to construct the season’s style stories.3. Integrate French best products information and produce designs according to the buyers’ instructions.4. Adapt designs from existing products to a new product (color, size and techniques).5. For each design, create a technical file that the supplier can understand and produce.6. Working as a designer for Russia outdoor sport band 'Sprandi'(www.sprandi.ru) and 'Earth Gear',the mainly job is to cooperate with some european freelance designers of different lines to make the new design sheets. 'Sprandi' is more basic sport band while 'Earth Gear'is outdoor.2. Handled responsibilities of working with the Product Development Directors in Shanghai and Hong Kong to prepare the seasonal new design sketches for apparel and accessories including handbag caps shocks gloves etc.3. Interact for the new design with the Russian Product Managers and the European Designers also.4. Join the proto Sample meetings and Prelim Sales meetings to note down the technical comments for each style and then update the design sketches appropriately.5. Handled the maintenance of the updated designs on the common database modules.6. Handle about 2 lines to develop some new design also. All the sketches will be revised after design review meeting/proto meeting/prelim sales meeting.

Working as a fashion designer for a buying office of an European casual wear company named Eroglu groups and COLIN’S (www.colins.com.tr) in shanghai.2. Sourcing samples, fabrics, prints from the suppliers for the HQ and making the new collections’ tech packs for shanghai department to get the sale samples which will be presented at next season sales meeting in HQ. including woven, knit, sweater and accessories part for both men and women of two main brands-‘COLIN’S’ and ‘LOFT’, cooperating with head office design teams to finish the whole collection development for every theme.3. Tech packs contain color sketch, technique sketch, print, embroidery, trim list etc.
