Oversees TI worldwide Aehr Max 3 & 4 oven operations covering support requirements, hw/sw standardization, spares logistics, training needs, annual service contract reviews, STR reviews and enhancement program development and implementation. Worked on LTX Fusion and TI proprietary testers supporting TI worldwide sites. Responsibilities included tester hardware and software standardization, software check-out, debug and qualification before being released for production use. Provided applications support to production and engineering environment on test program related problems, low yield testing results, tester to tester correlation issues, test sockets and probe tips investigation, tester hang-up and crashes. Reviewed and analyzed MTBF, MTBC, OEE data and identified areas of improvements on probe equipment utilization. Worked with manufacturing group identify key and controllable issues on production floor affecting OEU performance. Developed and implemented cost savings programs to improve productivity, quality and increased capacity.

Responsible for final test equipment repair and maintenance. Managed a team of test equipment engineering personnel in the repair and maintenance of production ATEs as well as personnel development. Main responsibilities includes equipment upgrades, breakthrough development of test handlers (Ando, Aseco S-Series and Advantest T5881) and lead/mark laser integrated inspection systems (Rofin Sinar/RVSI).

Test Equipment engineer doing repair and maintenance on TI proprietary testers and handlers including commercial handlers like MCT, Symtek, DeltaFlex, RFS). Facilitated and managed group of production operators and equipment R & M team. Planned, organized, and reviewed daily production results and requirements, as well as equipment performances. Conducts daily meetings with planning, manufacturing and equipment group to understand daily production requirements. Handled and managed a group of test equipment engineering team to do breakthrough improvements on TI’s latest proprietary VLSI tester.
