- Develop product strategy for physical product bundles (CDs, Vinyl, merchandise, DVDs) and oversee execution from concept to delivery, improving artist branding, increasing bundle sales and accelerating customer loyalty
- Spearhead product bundling strategy and incorporate CDs with concert tickets, strengthening customer relations
- Manage distribution of new music releases and 100+ catalog titles, growing from independent distributor to Universal Music Group and increasing product placement opportunitiesBudget Management, Royalties & Operations
- Sign 11 new artists, build out marketing plans (radio, PR, advertising, online) for releases, and collaborate with booking agents on tours, releasing 60+ albums/singles, winning 10+ IMAs, and securing GRAMMY nomination
- Develop new artists and spearhead social media content strategy, growing artist presence within first year
