- Oversee all domestic and international wholesale partner purchase orders- Set up, maintain, and manage reverse logistics warehouses- Process purchase orders and maintain high level account's operational needs (REI, Best Buy USA & Canada, B&H, Adorama, Findings Group, GinIchi)- Maintain operational service needs for 300+ dealers and distributors around the world- Manage, train, and incentivize our Wholesale Operations team based in Makati, Philippines- Assist AR department with managing late, short, and missing payments & discrepancies- Hustle trade shows around the world selling product to direct customers- Organize future wholesale operations and logistic needs to actively keep our department growing and evolving with the growth of our company

- Support company founder with daily operational functions- Administer front desk duties while representing the "face"​ of the company- Initiate and maintain key partnerships with a large database of customers and vendors- Manage accounting and logistics departments while preforming as the "gate keeper" for all financial accounts - Manage company daily deposits from PayPal, wire transfers, and checks into QuickBooks- Prepare and process expenses into QuickBooks including entering bills, invoicing customers, issuing credits, processing customer credit terms, and solving all discrepancies- Complete heavy logistic coordination of customs clearance and shipping documents both domestically and internationally while working seamlessly with our customs broker and freight forwarders- Assist sales team with customer service as well as preparing and processing sales paperwork- Create Excel and Word documents to enhance and simplify daily tasks in our sales, accounting, and logistics departments- Order office supplies and manage inventory
