o Discuss academic interests, career goals, and advise students in course selection and registration o Assist students regarding prerequisites, transfer courses, registration and overrides, and general university rules and regulationso Work with students on warning, probation, and returning from suspension to develop student success plans and increase likelihood of degree completiono Collaborate with student services and other university wide constituents to support student successo Participate in recruitment initiatives and events organized by the department, college and university

o Participate in the process of identification, evaluation and admission of transfer and access students.o Evaluate transfer students’ coursework from previous institutions to determine and document the students’ transferable credits.o Participate in both campus and external recruitment activities such as Open House programs and community college visitations.o Assist in developing and maintaining new transfer initiatives with community colleges, including Dual Admissions and curriculum articulation agreements.
