Mercury EIS• Designed and developed a CTI wrapper application using Visual Basic 6.0 for Call Center applications. Integrated the application with Genesys EIS to communicate with call center dialers. Coded dialer Events to be available in the wrapper to talk to the database. • Developed protocols to communicate with dialer and raise events accordingly. Raised a number of events such as CallReceived, CallHungup, CallTransferred, etc. without any delay to the wrapper application for further client processing.• Created a single ActiveX Control hosting the entire CTI wrapper and its related controls. Created a separate application for script writers to write script required for dialer. Developed functionality to read the script from database and execute using Microsoft Script Control. The script is stored as VBScript in the database.• Debugged, implemented and tested the application live on several call center simultaneously. Created a central storage of scripts and application data. Used ADO 2.6 to access stored data from SQL Server 2000 database.• Designed and developed several small applications using ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET. Created a number of Web Services for clients to access their call history from the company’s call center system.
