They may also create 2D drawings and plans based on these models.• Collaborating with other stakeholders: I am working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the models accurately reflect the design and construction requirements of the project.• Maintaining and updating models: I am responsible for ensuring that the models are up-to-date and accurate throughout the project lifecycle. They may need to make changes to the model as new information becomes available.• Generating reports: may be responsible for generating reports and visualizations based on the models, such as quantity take-offs, clash detection, and construction schedules.• Quality control: responsible for ensuring the quality of the models they create. This involves checking for errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in the model and correcting them.• Training and support: may be responsible for providing training and support to other team members who are less familiar with the software or modelling techniques.My primary responsibility is to create accurate and detailed digital models, Sheets, Schedules and ensure that these models are up-to-date and useful for the project team.
