During the years living in California, Jojo was inspired by a mix of cultures and cuisines which drove her passion for food and beverage and dining. Since returning to Hong Kong, she has worked multiple roles across the F&B industries for 7 years. These roles include supplying gourmet products and wine, importing and purchasing F&B restaurant related products, organizing corporate and exclusive events.Over the years, Jojo has collaborated with numerous of Michelin Star chefs, awarded mixologists, sommeliers, wine makers , F&B and luxury brands at events so she is well-connected. She is familiar with the APAC market and up to date with new dining trends. Jojo combined background of both Eastern and Western cultures along with her extensive experience working in Wholesale F&B business, Fine Dining Group, Private Club and Hotel, strongly enable her to understand the right approach of hospitality and exclusivity.
