I work remotely, accessing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and also Trustpilot to respond to customer contact requests. I am skilled with applications such as Hootsuite and Tweetdeck. I am able to process all requests for replacement parts and raise technician inspections where required. I provide out of hours and weekend support for Bensons for Beds to offer customers greater access to contact us. I compile reports for managers at the end of each day and correspond with Distribution Centres and Stores to arrange deliveries, collections and order amendments.

I progressed to a Gold level advisor within a team of 11. I was responsible for taking and resolving escalated customer complaints that could not be resolved by the front line advisors.
