Intern at Innova, an internal initiative supporting innovation at Ericsson, based in Silicon Valley. Developed and launched new processes and a VBA based tool for supporting internal corporate venturing in five global Innova teams. Master thesis on how large organizations can use startup methodology to drive innovation. Research included interviews with innovation directors of 14 large multinationals, including Intel, Electrolux, Bombardier and ABB.

Assisted the expansion of China Entrepreneurs' incubation business, more than doubling the number of incubating firms and changing the business model. Developed new service offerings and a pricing model for incubating firms, resulting in the use of new equity and rent based fee structures. Met with, and evaluated, several start-ups applying to the incubation center and represented the incubation center at a number of venture capital conferences. Conducted market analyses and evaluation of business models for China Entrepreneurs' events.

Performed a market outlook focused on future adoption of standards for fingerprint scanning in several sectors.
