Developing innovative, bespoke training programmes, I work with clients to ensure the solutions delivered are outcomes focused and lead to real business results. Whether this is a 6 module programme helping team leaders to manage difficult individuals, a 1 day programme on bullying and harassment to reduce the number of grievances raised in the organisation (and increase awareness of inappropriate behaviour) or a coaching session using the world-famous Myers Briggs diagnostic tool, all interventions are developed with the client's end goal in mind.
