Contracts Evaluation Executive
Energy Team (UK) Ltd – 2012 to PresentMy current role is as a Contracts Evaluation Executive for Inprova Energy in the procurement department, where we advise and negotiate on the contracts for over 600 clients with large commercial electricity and gas supplies from all industry sectors. My role is to provide pricing reports to the Account Managers within the team.Some of the key skills and attributes that have helped me be successful in this role include:• Excellent communication skills by email and phone which enables me to build a good relationship with clients and suppliers• A high level of organisation with my own work, which is important given that I may be working on a number of different accounts at any one time.• An attention to detail to ensure data stored in the database and given to clients is accurate.• A very good understanding of the industry processes and terminology, knowing the right people to go to and the right actions to take to resolve issues as quickly as possible. • Dealing with new connections on behalf of our customers • Extensive use, knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.• Always keen to learn new skills and further my knowledge.
