A project coordinator engineering is lead of the project team. He is also responsible for all the engineering deliverables in the project and reports directly to the project manager. You're the centre point of the Engineering team, mostly consisting of 1 Lead Mechanical and 1 Lead Electrical and 8 to 20 System Engineers. The Project scale variates, up to millions and located all over the world.Main activities are:- Initiating and leading the internal (Engineering) project meetings- Monitoring the progress of work activities, which carried out by various engineering departments. (front-office and back-office, test engineering, systems engineering, lead engineering etc.)- Managing of change notes / change orders- Expedite for correct documentation, and aiming to achieve the agreed due dates. This can mean documentation back and forward to customer, but the same for the supplier documentation flow.- Monitoring the hours budget- Keeping touch with the engineering Department Manager about the engineering status, risks and issues related to the project- Understand/getting knowledge of the contract, to monitoring the scope. And report in case of changes, towards Project Management and customer.- Discuss and thinking together with the customer for technical solutions in the project.
