Fully In charges in well planning, technical (Torque and Drag, Hydraulic, Anti-collision issues, and others related drilling operation)Have meeting with client relation with technical issues.Manage DD (Directional Driller) for current and upcoming operation.Work closely with DD Technician at workshop to prepare equipment and make sure delivers as planning.Close monitor drilling operation daily from our clients and make sure drilling progress as expected.Have close with client to make sure we comply with contract.Learn on sales/marketing to support drilling operation and have best services to client.Works close with upper management that related with drilling operation.

Working for daily well planning include anti collision for all Precision client, work at office and sometimes visit to client.Fully support on engineering stuff like torque & drag, hydraulics, anti-collision reviewAlso work with drilling team on office daily operation support DD eng at field with close communication.
