I was invited to kickstart Design Competence at Valuemotive. In addition to hands-on design work, my responsibilities also included recruiting new people and creating business opportunities combining Data Science, Design and Development to solve complex customer problems.

I worked in various Designer, Product Owner and Team Lead roles in projects ranging from start-up cases to large 1M€+ ERP/CRM and integration projects. I have helped the company to double its’ size and have recruited Helsinki office's Agile Development team of 10 people, while I was also taking on HR and business management tasks. In addition, my responsibilities included Agile Coaching and Mentoring of both clients and company employees.

Before graduating I worked in Accenture as a data analyst to find insights for a global client. On my second time here I was given responsibility as a junior service manager leading and coordinating an off shore team.My tasks included testing, project management, facilitating meetings and doing data analysis and data visualization for a global client company.

During my studies I worked as a Junior Test Engineer at Birdstep Technology, which specialized in VPN technology.My main tasks included building test environments to simulate situations as real as possible. Verifying issues based on feedback and helping the development team in any ways possible.

During summer internship I worked as a data analyst for a global client. I was part of a small team analyzing and refining data set's in different formats for insights. Our goal was to find cost saving opportunities and suggest improved models and processes to replace current ones.
