Driving positive customer outcomes with Microsoft Intune, the MDM and MAM product within Microsoft's Enterprise Mobility Security Suite

My team protects and advances customer and partner success with Microsoft products and services. We validate and drive resolution on important issues that affect customer and partner experiences. We work across the business in search of the right answers – from front-line employees to C-level executives.

Manage projects for addressing security issues through short and long term remediation initiatives. Partner with cross org stakeholders to drive effective prioritization of solutions and provide guidance to operationalize solutions while ensuring quality in execution. Drive accountability, visibility and alignment on business strategy while owning the relationship, overall management and engagement for operations and development of tools.

Support Enterprise Commerce IT team within MSIT and their Business Partners – WW Operations and MBS. Oversee Rhythm of the Business (ROB) for the MBS SD team, including facilitation of executive level meetings. Collaborate with teams for content gathering, prepping and running the Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews and All Hands Meetings. Drive fiscal responsibility by managing timely and accurate financial close processes, identify drivers of budget variances and produce monthly financial reporting and metrics for leadership team. Partner with team to support accountability to commitments by gathering relevant metrics, ensuring monthly/quarterly scorecard-updates, producing the monthly newsletter and managing ad-hoc projects. Point of contact for information and guidance on financial and vendor management including SOW, Purchase Orders, contracts, etc.

Drive business strategy and define the organizational roadmap in collaboration with C-level executives based on quarterly business reviews and budget planning meetings. Manage the SmartLink program to deliver results aligned to business needs that enable core products to generate $8M in annual revenue and achieve a 20% year-over-year growth. Own the communication plan with clients and key stakeholders and manage schedules, status updates, as well as triage and troubleshoot complex issues.

Manage the development and delivery of cutting edge HIT Pharmacy solutions.Drive product vision and strategy and prioritize customer requirements and maintain the Scope of Work, Project Plan, Issues List and Risk Mitigation Strategies for each release.

Manage the design, development, implementation and support of proprietary benefit administration systems built on the Oracle platform. Work closely with internal and external clients, research and respond to complex systems issues, and manage a variety of client projects. Act as a liaison between the client and various teams within the organization to ensure smooth implementation of projects.

Responsible for planning and delivering client facing IT projects to improve business performance and meet strategic goals. Managed project timelines, facilitated global inter-team communication and maintained progress metrics for multiple projects.
