It was the first of its style and concept, as well as its products and services. The great ambience, excellent location, friendly high-end customer service, and a variety of products of consistent high quality at a great price made it the busiest resto-bar on the strip day in and day out.

History: In April 2010, the Lumiere Creperie concept was launched in downtown La Paz Mexico offering residents and visitors a totally new style of restaurant unfamiliar to La Paz and Mexico. It ran for 4 years and was closed in 2014 for remodelling and restructuring.Lumiere with 8 full time employees was a fusion of a classic style french bistro combined with a north american style Pub. It was a fun and simple yet high-end food and drink bistro concept focusing on Crepes & Draft Beer as its main products. Located in “El Callejon”, an exclusive and unique foot-access only section of downtown La Paz Baja California Mexico, is at the heart of the main waterfront boardwalk and tourism district downtown.Response to both the concept and the Crepes was fantastic. Sales increased steadily month over month, Our focus was to determine market viability and customer response to products and services, as well as establish a structure for future business and product expansion.
