Senior Quality Assurance Officer
Current- Development and maintenance of the document management system; directly involved in the introduction of electronic QMS (2019-2020)
- Access and close out deviations, changes, CAPAs and complaints; report to the management in case of outstanding actions
- Supply of KPIs to the management and write or review of the annual QA report
- Perform and support of Quality improvements
- Support during client audits and inspections
- Introduction to new employees about quality, training and knowledge sharing and if needed some background information about GMP, GVP and ISO
