Jolanda Martini is a QA Administration Officer at Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center at Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center. Colleagues describe her as "Jolanda has been the primary document controller for the 7½ years I have worked at D.O.R.C. She has continuously owned and coordinated the document management system which contained the QMS and technical file documentation as well as the integrated competence system which was used. She has participated in a multitude of audits, improvement and remediation projects besides her regular document controller activities, and thus is a full Quality Officer in her own right; besides that she has found the time to support activities such as internal audits, for which she qualified with ease based on her experience. She is almost prescient when it comes to predicting issues that would arise based merely on the drafts or plans for updating documentation, and her advice (provided in a manner which never caused strife) has prevented wasted hours of work many a time. She is the person I will miss working with the most."
