I was responsible for Eficode Sweden recruitment process and did application handling, screening interviews, coordinating the process with the recruiting managers and communication with the applicants. When needed I helped with Danish, Norwegian and Finnish recruitments.In Eficode Finland I had responsibilities within office tasks, organising events and writing and publishing the weekly internal newsletter.
