With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate, business-focused and strategic leader who drives people transformation and organizational excellence at Zurich Insurance, where I serve as the Group Chief People Officer. In this role, I oversee the global people agenda, including talent management, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and culture change. I also leverage my board-level expertise and governance knowledge as an independent non-executive director and chairwoman of the nomination and remuneration committee at APG|SGA, a leading outdoor advertising company in Switzerland.
