I’m a marketing communication passionate and effective executive manager, who has been working in beauty industry for nearly two decades. With driven-results attitude I drew on diverse experience in marketing, sales and business development to create unique strategies. At present I’m Marketing Director at Oriflame I developed and implemented innovative marketing strategy with a completely new approach to sales, marketing and communication. I introduced several strategical alliances in Poland and then regionally. I managed new processes in case of change being implemented now in Oriflame. One of the biggest success for me is turnaround declining business from -10% per annum to strong one digit growth. Prior to joining Oriflame, I have been successfully taking care of the marketing department at Coty Poland. At my tenure female and male fragrances reached the highest ever market share in Poland! Also I succeeded in launch new and then top rated brands in Poland like Playboy, Beyonce, Guess, Halle Barry, Tonino Lamborghini. In those days I made turnaround declining Rimmel and Astor brand and won Silver EFFIE award (2003) in media strategy category.My mission and values: I’m a hands-on, work-oriented manager and leader. Moreover in case of team work I regard some values as crucial: interaction, daily coaching, partnership and proactively seeking solutions for the benefit of business. I believe that motivated and active members of team is a key leading to success. My primary focus is to continually increase brand awareness in beauty industry to help drive business results, succeed in implementing strategy and great brand development.
