Initially I pursued my professional career with bookkeeping and finance, but finally I realized that HR is my calling and I am planning my further proffesional future in this. First as a coordinator, then as HR Manager I became highly competent in the area of soft HR, eg. in the development and implementation of HR policy, develop job descriptions and also procedures and regulations, also conducting numerous recruitment processes. I was responsible for carrying out various activities in the field of employer branding, as well as the organization of training and corporate retreat. In addition, I have knowledge of labor law and personnel controlling. I gained also experience in international company, based in United Kingdom, where I worked as Supervisor and I was responsible for running temporary agency office on the factory area. In the last few months, looking for permanent employment, I started ad hoc cooperation with various companies, also in the field of accounting, however my professional passion is HR and I associate my future with it. This is the subject that I follow on a regular basis, both in terms of soft and hard issues. I am looking for employment in positions such as: HR Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, Temporary Work Coordinator, HR Coordinator, HR Business Partner, HR Manager / Personnel Department Manager.
