I am an experienced leader in the not for profit sector. Currently I am a General Manager within Basketball Victoria, sitting on the Executive team and reporting directly to the CEO. I am responsible for a workforce of over 10,000 people across 140 member organisations. My focus is on managing the operational requirements of my department and working on specific Business Improvement projects.My passion is centred around improvement. Whether that’s driving an organisation through enhancing systems and processes, identify and implementing commercial opportunities or elevating individuals through mentoring and empowerment, I achieve a sense of satisfaction when I see others succeed. I am particularly passionate about the elevation of marginalised groups and try to create opportunities where I can across all industries.Having initially studied Sports Management, I have developed a proven career within the not for profit industry in leadership roles where I pride myself on creating best practice. I am driven to create an exceptional experience for all and focus on utilising my relationship building skills to consult, collaborate and influence stakeholders to deliver on shared outcomes.
