East Yorkshire

Delivered a robust risk assessment and monitoring programme for East Yorkshire Area. Raised awareness of risks and produced reports and action plans for Managers. Provided assurance to Regional Office that risks were maintained through branch visits and remote monitoring.Completed conduct risk monitoring through testing adherence to internal policies and procedures, regulatory compliance and wider customer outcome testing. I have a pragmatic approach and am able to work alone, with individuals, teams and stakeholders to manage, coach and offer solutions, which deliver tangible business results.

Delivered the largest programme of change to the banking industry through workshops. Trained colleagues on the new systems, service and sales, brought in by the Integration of Halifax and LLoyds. Received excellent scores and feedback. Mentored external trainers and kept them up to date with ongoing issues and ammendments.

Monitored risks through branch visits and provided reports to the Regional Risk Manager. Coached and advised new Branch managers and supported the Area Manager in delivering a robust risk framework. Sampled branches adherence to policies and procedures and provided advice and action plans. Follow up visits to ensure action plans have been implemented and successfull.

Hornsea And Driffield

Successfully managed an Estate Agent and Banking Branch of the Halifax. Delivered a net profit of £100,000 18 months after I took over a branch that was not in profit and facing possible closure. Hit or exceeded all banking and Estate Agency sales in the year and won 2 awards at the Regional Conference.

East Yorkshire Area

Provided advice and mortgages to customers moving home, remortgaging or improving. Achieved or exceeded targets for mortgage sales and Insurance products. Regularly in the top 10 MA's in the region. Stood in for my boss for 6 months which resulted in promotion to Branch Manager.

Processed mortgage applications from intermediaries and built relationships with them to increase business. Contacted customers to provide them with Buildings, Contents and Protection insurance quotes and products for their mortgage and property. Strong performer which led to me being promoted to Mortgage Adviser.
