I assist the Collections department by calling employers about garnishments, calling various courts on issues, and by skip tracing defendants. I assist the Bankruptcy department by preparing Bankruptcy Pleadings, filing pleadings and cases using ECF, and managing cases in Best Case Bankruptcy. I am responsible for A/P and A/R for the firm using Quickbooks. I am also responsible for the depositing and posting of all Debtor's payments in both the Collections and Bankruptcy departments. I input the firm's attorney's billable time into TABS each month and prepare fee statements for the firm's clients. In addition to these duties, I am also the firms Receptionist. These duties include handling multiple calls at one time using a switchboard, filing, copying, and any mailings the firm requires.
