Go International FashionAcross 9 sessions, we delve into market exploration and cover topics including sales and marketing, export regulations, customs procedures, subsidies, financial planning, and internal scalability. Participants conclude by presenting their strategy to an international advisory board. As a chamber of commerce, we extend support to these fashion entrepreneurs by facilitating international connections.3. Bryo StartUp FashionIf you're running a fashion label that's less than five years old and you're still a solopreneur, this program is for you. Over the course of a year, you'll receive intensive individual coaching and participate in group sessions focused on gaining insights into numbers, refining sales strategy, leveraging essential technology to scale your business, setting up an advisory board, hiring your first employee, smart collabs and understanding PR.4. Bootcamp Digital FashionThe program is aimed at owners or marketing managers or retailers who understand the importance of digital marketing and want to take matters into their own hands. Across 7 sessions, you'll determine and implement your own digital marketing strategy. Covered topics are content creation, e-commerce, Google Analytics, E-mail marketing, meta advertising.

I started as start-up coordinator at VOKA, the Flemish Chamber of Commerce in Antwerp where I help startups & prestarters to build a solid business by providing useful tools, a broad network and in-depth coaching sessions. In this job role I took on several responsabilities: organizing network events, give workshops to entrepreneurs, teach students at colleges, individual coaching and launch new programs for startups.

Wine is a passion of mine, but it is enormously overwhelming to learn about this interesting topic. Together with Belgium's junior sommelier Margaux Balemans, I created a game, see it as the trivial pursuit of wine. That way you learn about wine in an approachable and playful way.

For my master consultancy project, I conducted research for the Antwerp-based menswear label Castart in order to enhance the online brand environment. Through a European survey, competitive analysis, Google analytics, persona techniques and in-depth interviews, I was able to translate these insights to an interactive digital marketing plan for the company.

As one of the two class representatives of the Master of International Fashion Management, I was also part of the Student Council of the Antwerp Management School. In this council, I joined the social committee in which we organised all types of events and activities for the full-time master students as prom, lectures, quiz, after work drinks, game nights, etc.

This Fashion Branding workshop had the aim of developing an omni-channel brand strategy to reinforce Slowear's positioning as an inspiring lifestyle multi-brand player. In an integrated plan we came up with several recommendations for the product and service offer, a well-defined retail and omni-channel strategy and a communication approach that all worked in a synergetic way.

During the exam period, I worked as a clerk in the economic library where many students came to study. Because I combined this job with my own studies (Business Economics), it required, next to a friendly customer service, good planning and organization skills.

During the month August, I completed my voluntary internship at FNG Group. The company designs and distributes fashion concepts for women and children. Brands they hold under their umbrella are CKS, Fred + Ginger, Brantano, Miss Etam, Promiss, Expresso, Steps and Claudia Strater. I mainly spent my time there at the HR department where I had to communicate with literally everyone in the company and where I had to come up with quick solutions when problems arose.

In this multi-brand store, I was responsible for a friendly customer service, the sales, giving advice, pitching the brand identity to new customers and managing the store.

In Tanzania, I was a volunteer teacher for children with disabilities. During these weeks, I stayed with a warm host family. In addition to the priceless memories, it made me a lot more independent as I was there all by myself. Until now, I still consider this adventure as one of my most defining moments in my life.

As my parents always told me: 'Things don't come naturally, you have to work for something!'. With this lesson in mind, I started my first real student job in a local bakery at the age of 15 which gave me that extra penny I needed every week.
