I'm Jolene Hardege, an eager business marketing student at California State University Northridge. On a typical day, you can find me indulging in the cinematic world with a steaming cup of tea that rivals the drama on the screen. My sweet dog is usually my co-pilot in this epic tale of relaxation. I have always been a passionate person obsessed with films and music. Though do be careful when it comes to music, I can talk about it for hours. In the dazzling world of entertainment, I bring 5 years of hands-on experience to the stage! I am a very decisive person who always knows what she wants. Recognizing the competitive nature of the world, I’ve adopted the mindset of relishing the thrill of staying 10 steps ahead. I’m best known for completing tasks before my supervisor even has to ask. In addition, I balance my responsibilities as a full-time student, demonstrating my commitment to wearing different hats. My work experience extends to working for different production companies, where, as a freelance production assistant and producer assistant, I've played a key role in developing and executing shoot schedules, ensuring seamless project execution. I am versatile in both studio and on-location settings. I’ve contributed to my own various projects, such as being an assistant director for a music video and writing my own TV show treatment. I have also assisted with various projects, including short films, commercials, TV shows, and music videos. Skills encompass interviewing, adaptability, problem solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Outside of work and school, I enjoy being social and networking at any given opportunity! As a Mexican American woman, I really value diversity and good energy in the workplace. I adore genuine people more than anything.
