I have been in the telecom-communication industry for over 25 years, and what a ride it has been - in a constantly changing industry. One has to be fast on their feet to keep up, and ride the change. I have learned how important it is to be able to think outside the box for solutions to meet customer needs and processes that are no longer efficient. Don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo - new ideas are carved out this way. In my work career, I’ve been a sponge for knowledge and information, so I can better help customers and company. This hunger drove me forward and contributed to being in leadership roles and/or the go to person. I compete on a daily basis with the me from yesterday - trying always to do better and be better. Being a strong team player is important and vital to the success of an organization as a whole. A united team under good leadership can accomplish almost anything.
