- Conceptualise campaigns and creative strategies for the seasons ahead, for specific brands within the company. Present these ideas to the Brand and Executive Management teams.- Work alongside brand heads, production assistants and shoot co-ordinators to choose models and a location that will best suit the campaign. Create a brief shot list and prop requirements needed to bring the design scamp to life. Work with photographers, production assistants, shoot co-ordinators, make-up artists and stylists, directing models to ensure the overall creative direction is achieved. - Work alongside the design team, overseeing projects develop from our initial ideas to something that lives across multiple platforms from in-store windows, drive aisles and POS, the website, across our multiple social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) as well as TV productions.- Mentoring a team of talented designers, guiding them in the direction that best aligns with the current brands needs and specifications. Making sure the team follows the brand CI and keeps a consistent thread across our creative.- Using my UX skills, alongside the development team, we have recently updated the website. Keeping the site up to date with the latest trends as well as fulfilling our customers needs, ensuring our user journey is easy and efficient. Giving them the best experience online.
