- Manage team of Regional event planners that execute events for In-N-Out Burger associates within the California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Colorado regions.- Focus on employee events that strengthens camaraderie, builds relationships, and enhance the Associate’s experience with the company. Events such as: Company picnics, sporting tournaments, Store parties, Regional Kids Christmas parties, and other corporate events

- Provide customized destination services to meetings planners holding events at the Anaheim Convention Center or self-contained at a partner hotel.- Serve as a liaison between meeting planners and community partners to ensure successful pre-planning, promotion, and execution of meetings and conventions within Anaheim and Orange County.- Oversee event planning, logistics, and execution for Visit Anaheim events: Industry trade shows, sales missions, Customer Advisory Board, partnership events, hosted industry events, and client events.

• Serves as primary contact and destination liaison for meeting planners and incoming convention groups to the Anaheim Convention Center• Manages and facilitates all planning site visits for planning team, suppliers, and affiliates• Partners with meeting planners on event marketing efforts within Anaheim/Orange County to maximize attendance and exposure• Provides overall destination support, including but not limited to: corporate social responsibility opportunities, welcome programs, custom destination microsite, branded maps, restaurant/information booth, on-site registration staff and Concierge services, etc.• Assists with overflow housing blocks• Attends promotional year outs as requested by the meeting planner

• Managed the scope, action items, and deliverables for full marketing campaigns• Created and maintained production management calendar for 30+ projects• Act as liaison between client and marketing team, including art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, PR managers, etc.

• Developed partnerships with Orange County senior centers and senior outreach programs• Organized and executed an annual Senior Health & Wellness Expo. A marketing event focused on providing complimentary health screenings and vendor exhibits on-site, resulting in 100’s of prospects visiting my client’s business community• Assisted with the planning and executing of social media campaign and other digital marketing efforts• Established networking relationships with local print and digital media outlets
