As a freelancer, I work remotely with creative agencies and companies providing them with project management and account management support, including developing creative briefs, building out project timelines, managing schedules, and working with creative teams and outside partners to ensure the delivery of creative assets that are on time, on budget, and on brand.Utilize multiple management software and digital tools to enable a seamless remote work environment, including Asana, Teamwork, Slack, Dropbox, MS Office, and Google Workspace. I also work closely with these organizations on the implementation of processes to accommodate company growth.

As an Account Supervisor in this creative agency, I led multi-disciplinary teams to develop highly effective and impactful traditional and digital marketing campaigns. I fostered key executive-level client relationships, securing a place for the agency as a value-added partner for brands such as Purina, Novartis Animal Health, Bayer Environmental Science.

As the advertising Account Manager, I served as our client’s day-to-day contact with the agency to maintain the relationship and communications between agency and client.
