As Senior Vice President for Columbia Hospitality I have moved to the dark side, Operations! Leading the amazing team of sales, revenue management, and IT, and overseeing numerous properties in all areas of the operation including Rooms, F&B, and Spa. I'm also involved in many of our company initiatives, which is exciting and varied during this time of massive growth. Marketing and Communications will always be in my DNA and I continue to use it on the daily, but it's time for career expansion, and working with the properties is a passion. I joined Columbia as VP of Marketing and moved into my SVP role leading marketing and communications, sales, and revenue management.Directed global marketing efforts of the luxury brands of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide including; W Hotels Worldwide, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and The Luxury Collection. Responsible for brand positioning, media planning, public relations, visual language, tone & voice, agency management, distribution (online and customer contact centers), loyalty programs, budget management, field marketing, customer relationship management/customer experience management, packages, partnerships and programming.Specialties: As noted in Summary
