Drive the ambitions of the division by strategizing learning solutions, individualized coaching methods and delivering training using blended learning approach for Fashion, Watch & Fine Jewelry Division.- Curating learning paths and executing learning plans and initiatives for developing the retail team (100 Headcount) by reinforcing the CHANEL Differences and Retail Excellence.- Work in close partnership with L&D community at regional and global level to drive new learning platforms and initiatives.- Customize learning solutions combining diversified learning approaches and tools (self‑learning, classroom training and digital learning) to maximize the learning efficacy for different learning situations and individuals.- Facilitate various trainings related to Collection, Luxury Service, CHANEL& Moi Program, Shoes Expert, Ultimate Luxury Model, RTW Expert, Watches & Fine Jewelry.- Spearhead the new Bonjour CHANEL onboarding program for new joiners that deepen their emotional connection with the brand through 5 days of immersive journey into the world of CHANEL. - Work closely with Head/Deputy of Boutique for both stores (KLCC & Pavilion) in identifying skills and competencies of retail team for talent development to meet current and future needs of the company.- Create personalized developmental action plan for each individuals to build talents and capabilities.- Engage with ODHR in providing inputs in talents hiring, developing, promoting and repositioning.- Collaborate with different stakeholders in learning related projects to drive business strategies and achieve business objectives.
