Process fortnightly payroll, deal with HR and payroll queries for approximately 140 staffMonthly finances – accounts preparation, creditors, invoicing and credit control, bank reconciliation and cash flow, and all queries relating to these items.Software used: MYOB Exonet and Payroll, Microsoft Office. This was a newly created position which saw me take responsibility for implementing all accounting processes for the Southland Area. - Liaison with Governance Board, Staff and Volunteers regarding accounts and budgets, cash flow and investments.  Monthly finances – Board reports, creditors, invoicing and credit control, bank reconciliation, asset register maintenance and all queries relating to these items.Software used: Xero, Microsoft Office.
