Josh is currently CEO of Gremlin, the global leader in helping enterprise customers build more reliable applications.Josh also serves as an advisor to numerous other enterprise software companies.. Josh's expertise is in scaling early-stage enterprise technology companies, in particular, helping companies formulate and then execute their initial go-to-market strategy.Josh serves as a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and co-teaches S351, Leading and Managing Sales Organizations.Josh was CEO of Cumulus Networks, a software company acquired by Nvidia, Inc. in June of 2020. Cumulus was founded in 2010 and pioneered the concept of Open Networking. Cumulus built the world’s first, best, and most deployed open operating system for switching and routing. The firm’s flagship product, Cumulus Linux, was deployed at over 2,000 customers and over 30% of the Fortune 50. Cumulus was recognized with numerous awards during Josh’s tenure: Visionary in Gartner’s Data Center Switching Magic Quadrant and one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work. Prior to Cumulus, Josh worked as the VP of Sales at multiple early-stage start-ups scaling from zero customers and revenue to hundreds of customers and more than $50M in revenue.Josh also spent nearly six years at VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW). At VMware, Josh held numerous roles in sales, sales management and business development and was a member of the sales leadership team that helped scale the company from $100M to over $1 Billion of revenue.
