My name is Jolet van Erum. I am a designer, connector and innovator with a passion for making products and services in which both the users as organization needs are central. My expertise lies in the field of value proposition design and the resulting product development.During my career, and more recent in my work as (lead) proposition designer, I use design thinking techniques, UX research methods and experiments with prototypes. With attention for involvement and collaboration, I lead mixed teams and cross-company or cross-department initiatives to success.At the moment, I direct my own company Ideaology in Eindhoven. Our team works on projects regarding proposition design, product development, design/UX research , service innovation and innovation management.In addition to these activities, I have started a development project with regard to a technology for generating sustainable energy from heat waste. At the moment, another company is involved as well in a supportive role. Ideaology is project lead and responsible for design/UX research, market analysis, value proposition design and part of the R&D work whilst using the design thinking method.I effortlessly switch between challenges with hightech products in a corporate environment and specific services at SME’s. I have been working at and with organizations of different sizes and in different industries for ten years. These include sustainable energy, sustainable mobility, education, healthcare, construction, hightech, etcetera.
