Performed student needs analysis to develop tailored lessons to increase eighty percent of my student's reading level two grade levels or more.Consistently, over two years, received positive verbal and written teacher evaluations from students, parents, and supervisors. The most frequent comments made were about the positive relationship between myself and each of my students.Appointed as the yearbook advisor by supervisor. Independently designed and created the Broussard Middle School 2010-2011 yearbook. Budgeted LEF grant funds for use in providing adequate materials for twelve book breakfasts, and two community reading events. Organized activated for and worked with others to facilitate books breakfasts and community reading events. Researched and documented the impact of community reading initiative throughout the 5th grade level, providing pertinent information for the completion of the LEF grant.
