I play a pivotal role in training and on-boarding clients to OrthoBanc. Using technical knowledge as well as relationship building skills, I educate and encourage our clients to help them receive the full benefits of our services. Operating in a support role through problem solving and creative methods, I keep our clients satisfied and operating smoothly. I also train and support the Marketing and Sales department keeping everyone informed and up to date, making it possible to provide the highest level of customer service.

I managed the on-boarding process of the McDonald's franchise account through cold calls to prospective franchise owners, keeping accurate records in CRM, working closely with the graphic design team to create custom web portals and marketing materials, and supporting clients from an operational standpoint.

Assisted in organizing, promoting, and excuting student ministry events and outreach programs. Mentored a small group of younger college age girls in a Bible study group.

Interned with a missionary family in Bolivia assisting in the building of an orphanage and participating in community outreach programs.
