ORGANISATIEPI-school De Brug biedt speciaal onderwijs (cluster 4) aan leerlingen van 4 tot 13 jaar. WERKZAAMHEDENAls coördinator zorg en innovatie ben ik samen met het schoolteam en zorgpartners bezig om een veilig, ondersteunend en stimulerend onderwijsklimaat neer te (blijven) zetten. De PBS-aanpak staat hierin centraal. Als lid van het MT en voorzitter van de commissie van begeleiding zet ik me in voor de zorgstructuur, de ondersteuning van onze leerlingen en de ontvangst van nieuwe leerlingen. Verder houd ik mij oa bezig met schoolbeleid gericht op sociale veiligheid, teamscholing, thuiszitters, meldcode, handelingsgerichte diagnostiek en afstemming met zorgpartners in school en de samenwerkingsverbanden en S(B)O scholen uit de regio. En ik ben pauzejuf bij groep Skiff.

Nadat de Houtmarkt werd opgeheven ben ik het eerste jaar, middels een detachering vanuit De Brug, met de SBO kleutergroep meeverhuisd naar SBO De Vlieger. Daar was ik als schoolpsycholoog betrokken bij de onderbouwgroepen, waaronder de observatiegroep Het Palet van PPO regio Leiden.

ORGANISATIEDe Houtmarkt bood voor de Leidse regio onderwijs aan jonge kinderen van 4 tot 8 jaar met ontwikkelings- en/of gedragsproblematiek (combinatie SBO/SO). WERKZAAMHEDENAls gedragswetenschapper (2 dagen per week) was ik, in samenwerking met het multidisciplinair team, ouders en eventuele ketenpartners, bezig met het stimuleren van een optimale ontwikkeling voor iedere leerling en tevens beeldverheldering: het in kaart brengen van onderwijs- en zorgbehoeftes van leerlingen en komen tot perspectief voor passend vervolgonderwijs (BAO/SBO/Cluster 2,3,4). Tevens hield ik mij bezig met implementatie van handelingsgericht Ontwikkelingsperspectief.
