Hello! Welcome to my profile! My name is Jolin, and I am an industrial engineer at Skyworks Solutions. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in June 2024. Additionally, I hold a Diploma in Industrial and Operations Management with Merit. My professional background spans various industries, including management consulting – industry 4.0 digital transformation, technology, and semiconductors, with roles in supply chain and industrial engineering. My passion lies in improving organisation and planning events to help organisations and individuals create a positive impact in their lives. I am well-organised and highly motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a dedicated passion for marketing, client interaction and strong customer relationships, enjoying learning and embracing new challenges to analyse and solve complex problem ultimately helping clients make informed decisions. My prior internship experiences at the Digital Capability Center (DCC) Singapore, McKinsey & Company have enriched my knowledge and exposed me to different areas of the field, including project management, operations, digital production, procurement, and supply chain. I have led the marketing recruitment workstream for an Industry 4.0 Enabler programme during the internship.
