-Support and onboard new incoming expatriates including immigration services and destination services, ongoing support for tenancy, settling-in requests/enquires from expatriates and their accompanied family members, repatriation process;-Provide updates to local HR including status of records of immigration, lease agreement and other related files; Maintain updated tracking reports and able to run/create tailored summary reports as per requested; Keep and track on expats’ expert certificate/work permit record; Act as a focal point to liaise among company’s HR, finance team, SCM and expatriates to coordinate with relocation process; Assist HR on logistics with expat/spouse town hall meetings;-Coordinate a range of services including annual immigration lease agreement new and renewal signing process, orientation, home search, schooling and etc.;-Coordinate with finance to ensure payment has been done on-time appropriately;-Help on communication between Chevron and onsite person’s company to ensure the company staff has aligned on Chevron policy/process interpretation and execution.-Familiar with Chevron way, Chevron HES, and Chevron compliance requirements.

-Hunt new clients to stay in Ascott, develop more new accounts, visit 20 accounts per week, seek new opportunities, and be the key contact person of potential client companies.-Keep good relationships with old customers, do site inspection with new clients and follow up new client’s request until they move in, communicate with all departments brief any specific request from the client, make sure they are satisfied with our services, and be taken good care.-Keep good communication with room bookers and HRs, follow up any request and feedbacks from their sides, communicating with front office, housekeeping, security and engineer departments, fix the issues and fulfill guests’ requests, also prevent the same issue in future.-Prepare contracts, follow up the signing process with clients’ side, and make sure the contract is in place before client moves in. prepare check in memos for new cases, make sure all departments are clear about the client’s request and situation.-Documents control for future audit from both headquarters (which are China Merchant and Ascott Limited).-Room reservations making, coordinate with HRs and reservation department according to room situation.-Follow up clients’ comments after they moved in, communicate with other departments to make sure the problems are solved, and follow up the finance issues with companies if needed.

-Provide ongoing support to foreign employees of international companies, from when they first arrive in Shenzhen, till when they leave. -Inspect homes, creating a preview of clients' options, before they arrive. Guide clients through selecting a home, when they arrive. -Negotiate housing contracts with landlords and expats, translating and satisfying the demands of both parties. Orient clients to their new location, also providing on-going support upon request. -Manage financial and practical matters of the office.
