The Mobiliar Lab for Analytics focuses on generating value for society using emerging technologies and artificial intelligence. Our research contributes to responsible use of such technologies in order to improve digital interactions between humans and machines. To this, we apply a multi-disciplinary and multi-domain approach, leveraging advances in data science, psychology, behavioral science and computer science.

My research examined the design and implementation of chatbots to different services contexts, particularly for mass market settings in business and public health. During my PhD I worked with large insurers and hospitals on digital product development, and additionally led a team to create Elena+: a digital health app for the COVID-19 pandemic. I am experienced using R, Python, SQL, SPSS for data wrangling, analysis, and presenting findings to business & academic audiences.
